Everything MCWT does centers on inspiring and growing women in technology. MCWT is on a mission to help women consider, advance and stay in tech. They work to broadly reach young girls to get them to consider technology and deeply connect with women who choose the technology path. Since 2002, they have been expanding their reach, mainstreaming tech, and positively impacting women from grade school to post-university life stages.
