Varchasvi Shankar is the Founder, President and CEO of V2Soft, a global IT services and solutions company, and Sanciti AI, an AI-powered platform for legacy modernization and software development lifecycle automation. An entrepreneur with more than 28 years of leadership across business strategy, operations, sales, marketing and innovation, Varchasvi has built V2Soft into one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America with a growing worldwide footprint.

A hands-on, customer-centric leader, he has delivered world-class technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies and government organizations for nearly three decades, with a track record of exceeding expectations, generating measurable results and inspiring lasting customer loyalty. His approach to technology innovation, lean operations and sustained revenue growth has attracted top talent at every level and continues to fuel V2Soft’s expansion.
Under his leadership, V2Soft has grown consistently in revenue, talent and global reach. Varchasvi operates from the company’s global headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and oversees delivery centers across North America, Mexico, Canada, France and four centers in India. The company serves more than 100 enterprise accounts spanning automotive, healthcare, financial services and government sectors.
With Sanciti AI, Varchasvi is extending that legacy into the AI era. The platform applies agentic AI to modernize legacy enterprise systems and automate the software development lifecycle, helping enterprises modernize at a fraction of the cost of traditional rewrites and redirect those savings toward broader AI transformation.

Entrepreneurship Beyond V2Soft
Varchasvi holds investments and ownership in multiple startup ventures spanning retail and B2C platforms. He is also the founder of Shankar Distillers, an award-winning craft distillery in Troy, Michigan, and the first American craft bourbon producer to export to India. Before founding V2Soft, he spent years at Covansys (now CSC) supporting the Chrysler account, earning more than 30 awards from Chrysler and Covansys during that tenure.
Community and Philanthropy
Varchasvi is a longtime supporter of nonprofit and charitable organizations, including the Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, the Soup Kitchen of Pontiac, Michigan, Little Sisters of the Poor (India), the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, cancer institutes, flood relief operations, home building initiatives with AKKA, and MCWT (Michigan Council of Women in Technology). He has also led a Wildlife Conservation Foundation for more than 19 years.
Education
Varchasvi holds a Master of Science in Control Systems Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from Mysore University, India.
