The main goals of the program is to recruit local talent, train U.S. citizens, have fewer H1B visas and promote community growth. To ensure these elements work, the program details include:
Sourcing U.S. citizen resources locally within the regions where customers are located and, when needed, re-locate U.S. citizen resources to other regions where customers are located as mutually acceptable.
V2Soft training of U.S. citizen resources in technology and business skills to meet customer demands (an optional program is available where V2Soft partners with the customer organization to create and conduct training courses).
Utilizing more U.S. citizen resources to reduce our immigration risks, any cultural challenges and turnover in the long run. And by training resident candidates, we re-invest back into local communities.
